I am a qualified counselling psychologist with over 10 years of experience in the wellness industry. I am accredited with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). I also hold certifications in life and executive coaching. My practice is situated in Greenstone Hill, Edenvale and is exclusively designed to support teenagers and adults.
My approach to coaching and counselling is solution-focused, empowering and personalised. These techniques aid in identifying a solution to the problem as soon as possible. The methods I adopt minimise the time spent in therapy, but most importantly, it minimises the suffering and struggling of my clients.
